I’ve always been fascinated by what drives human decisions—how the mingling of psychology, context, culture and behaviour shapes the choices we make. This curiosity led me to the UK, where I pursued an MSc in Consumer Behaviour to better understand the interaction of factors that impact decision-making.

Starting my career in consumer research, I had the opportunity to test hundreds of products and services. I developed a strong analytical skillset - digging into consumer pain points and needs, identifying patterns, and translating those into actionable insights. But I wanted to go further - to transform those very insights into real-world solutions, bridging the gap between discovery and design.

That’s what drew me to UX design. Now, I want to bring together my love for human-centered thinking, my analytical mindset, and my natural inclination towards creativity to design user experiences that are thoughtful, effective and enjoyable to use. I’m passionate about creating solutions that not only solve problems but are grounded in empathy and driven by real insights—experiences that feel intuitive because they are rooted in a deep understanding of the people who use them.
